Join us for our second MOVE Wellness event. It will be three hours of mindful movement, a sound bath meditation, vendors, an ice plunge, and mini pop-up experiences. We’ll have massages, facials, energy healing, and SO much more.

Please bring a mat, towel, water & arrive 15 minutes early!
