DESCRIPTION:Announcing – Darius\, the multi-faceted French DJ and producer to headline The Music Yard on Friday\, September 19th!\n\n\n\nDarius is one of those musicians who make you feel how much the “electronic” scene is living a new era. It combines class and grandeur with lively electronic sounds and a touch of romanticism. He has been creating music in his own image for the past 10 years. By blending genres like funk\, disco and soul\, with cosmic\, solar and introspective elements\, he crafts tracks that are as dreamlike as they are danceable.\n\n\n\nDarius began his musical journey in 2012 with his self-produced debut EP\, VELOUR: a project made of warm sounds and filtered synthesizers\, inspired by the French house scene.In 2014\, following the success of his single Hot Hands\, which features the Canadian singer Darianna Everett\, he released his second EP\, ROMANCE. In 2017\, he unveiled his first album\, UTOPIA\, a groovy project with introspective and cosmic elements.A few years later\, he released EQUILIBRIUM\, the first single from his second album OASIS.
